The Belgians do make excellent chocolate as well.  I was in Brussels once to give a speech at a conference but didn't get time to sample Nuehaus. So sad.

The Swiss seem capable of turning anything into gold so it shouldn't be a problem .Mind you when they screw up they do it big time .There was the unfortunate UBS  bamk and the Swiss Airline a while back.

I tell you what other Belgian chocolate is world class: Guylian. Their sea shells are pleasure for the palate and the eye.

I remember getting bladdered on Baltika pretty much every night during a 10-day job in Kazakhstan, auditing Russian subcontractors for my client. By the fifth day, there were no more hangovers.

I found the bakeries absolutely excellent in St Petersburg when I was travelling in Russia. And the Lavash at the market was superb as well. Russian food is very underrated.

unsurprisingly you did not understand my reply, I'll try again just for you....I'll be writing slowly as i guess you cannot read very past       Just because I have posted positively about Trump in the past it does not make every comment from me  a pro trump rant.  The trick is to read the post first , properly, and in your case slowly "another day another anti  trump rant" is not a pro trump rant  it is not a rant at all  it is an observation   and nothing I have posted previously changes that .

I see Trump using this to put pressure on the Swiss, he will reverse it again.

And importing other kinds of gold bars will not  be with these tariffs.

So casting them in the US to 1kg or 100 oz is possible.

With the price of gold at record high, the refurbishing of the WH will have cost a lot of money.......all paid by the US tax payer of course.
