You have quoted one line. This is a perfect example of picking the sentence that suits your purpose. My recollection is Dr Phil admitted the law is bad. And that picking up people outside Home Depot's - and people just trying to make a buck -  is bad. Bill asked him why then he goes on the raids. He says - it's the law - without further justification. So I am not sure this is the interview to hang your hat on to justify the bad parts of this law.

 

I note ICE agents can be any age now. Wondering if Gung Ho ex pats might go back to the US and take up the cause first hand.
