I suppose you'd let a civilly convicted sex offender babysit your daughter. MAGAs are just so forgiving.

Also, poster said 'start to finish'. Perhaps you missed that.

And your post has been debunked.

America was the first country to mass produce cars. It's one yardstick of a country's economic status.

The most powerful car made in America is the Lucid Air Sapphire, an EV with 895 kW.

BYD is about to unveil a sedan with 2220 kW power output.

That's one indicator of how far behind the US has fallen. High speed rail is another.

A new low in stupidity, even by your standards.

How much power does a car need?    Have you ever been in an EV?

How is the high-speed rail in .Au?

We don't have the population to support high speed rail. China and America do.

America 150 km, China 48,000 km. Laughable.

A pretty pathetic attempt at deflection by you.

We dont have the need for high speed rail, we have planes and cars, as well as property rights and environmental rules. I can fly from Charlotte NC to NYC in 2 hours for $120. 625 miles

No one here in America complains about driving to NYC from Richmond  and says, I wish there was a  high speed train.

Americans dont like packing into trains when they can ride comfortably in their own car, stopping when they chose, not herded from place to place like cattle.

The only people screeching about "high speed trains" are climate freaks, car haters and American hating chinese shills. All 3 lack the basic knowledge to understand why we dont need high speed trains here.

Yes, even critics are amazed at what President Trump is able to accomplish in his second term. The winning just keeps going on and on and on.

Americans are big on personal freedumb.

It's about efficiency. The actual, health and environmental costs of your infatuation with planes and cars is something you can't comprehend.

The US is already in real trouble mainly thanks to Trump and his clown show of an administration. Never was so little owed by so many to so few.

If we put aside all the media noise and negative commentary about Trump, looking past all of his own grift, corruption, criminality, sex related crimes, and even the fact that he's an insurrectionist and a traitor, and focus only on his recent campaign promises and achievements, I would say that the only positive action he has taken in his seven months in office so far is bombing Iran. That took a great deal of courage and leadership. Whether it actually achieved anything in slowing down Iran's nuclear program remains to be seen, but the act itself showed decisiveness and should be acknowledged.

Aside from that, he has failed to end the war in Ukraine or in Gaza, failed to lower grocery costs for Americans, failed to release the Epstein files, failed to eliminate taxes on Social Security benefits, failed to reduce taxes for the poor, failed to create any type of national healthcare program, failed to cut two trillion dollars in federal spending and balance the budget, and the list goes on. He has also failed to bring back jobs to America and has, in fact, contributed to a slowdown in new job creation, which has just resulted in a sudden rise in unemployment. He has essentially failed to deliver on all of his major campaign promises. In reality, seven months is enough time for him to have achieved at least a handful of these priorities, yet he has not.

There are also broader failures worth noting. He has failed to secure meaningful immigration reform, failed to restore trust in American institutions, failed to unite a deeply divided nation, failed to take meaningful action on affordable housing, and failed to present a clear and consistent foreign policy strategy beyond reactive measures. Not to mention all the added chaos and confusion caused by his tariff madness.

At this point, there is little more that can be said. Love him or hate him, call it a hoax, a witch hunt, some sort of anti-Trump syndrome, or whatever buzzword you like, the reality is that he has become a lame duck president. In fact, he has done more harm to Americans, their quality of life, their public welfare programs, their freedom of speech, and their civil liberties than any president in modern American history. In a word, he's basically achieved absolutely nothing to make America great again.

I say, that is a bit harsh, I am sure that he still has in mind "concepts of a plan for healthcare".

After all Rome wasn't built in a day, mind you it only took a few days for the Gauls to sack it in 396BC. Mind you the French always were a bit impetuous!

Why was sending others to bomb Iran courageous?I’ve allways wondered if trump hadn't broken our word on the nuclear treaty with Iran it wouldn't have been nessary.furthermore its distinctly possible the mullas in charge there would have behaved differently in regards to Israel as not to risk going back on sanctions.we all know the Iranians are sick of them.please don’t conflate my post as supporting Iran I don’t like everyone else I think their governments agenda is criminal.Anyway seems to me everything trump does is by decrees not governance in that light he’s a total failure and betrays the oath of office Daly.his tariffs are a taxation without representation……exactly the reason for our break from England….he’s betrayed our allies and he in my way of thinking betrays everything that makes the idea of America special and good.

Does America grow turnips, or are they now amongst the foods which they have to import, and on which the American consumers are having to pay tariffs?
