Hard to blame federal agents for wanting to remain incognito. People find out who they are, then post their home address on social media, putting their families at risk.

True enough. Certainly Hegseth and others need enhanced protection as the majority of American citizens denounce and openly resist the wrongdoing.

You would think it is illegal for law enforcement to wear masks, no identification on their clothing etc, in their street enforcement activities, The foregoing comes across as secret police activity in an authoritarian society. In addition, way to go America... LOL

Federal prosecutors in D.C. have been instructed not to seek felony charges against people who are carrying rifles or shotguns in the nation’s capital, regardless of the strength of the evidence, according to U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro and an email reviewed by The Washington Post.

Might be worth keeping an eye on this. I am starting to think the realization of the growing resistance, in the mind of trump minders is that the growing resistance can be used. More Americans in general in the streets, including resisted military troops in DC. Now trump threatens to send them into the multiethnic cites where they will be met with more resistance Response ... trump decals a national security emergency and citing the "Insurrection Act" declare increased military  to re-establish "law and order".   And that is the end of the USA which my DNA forbears helped bring into being.

I never knew upholding the law is wrongdoing.

Everything was done in strict accordance with German law at the time.

Something quite similar happened to my family in the 1930s. You seem to be joking. I'm not.

"Federal Law Enforcement Agents" on the streets of the USA

They like pizza too! Imagine that.

seems to suggest that they have largely provided their own kit, no badges, no uniforms, unmarked vehicles, masks of course, and behave in a way that suggests no knowledge of the law or police training. Many do not seem to have undergone any sort of physical training and from time to time have been caught both making comments which betray political motivations and engaging in open racial brutality.

Seems to "suggest". I suggest these "Federal Law Enforcement Agents" are guess what....yup....FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENTS. Don't take much to make that determination, but in the unlikely event that these federal law enforcement agents are not federal law enforcement agents then who you "suggest" they are, "federal law enforcement agents"?? LOL, u make nonsense so easily.

What lack of "physical training" do you think they lack? LOL You really got nothing and all day to do it.

Perhaps you've never heard of ICE.

Also, If you check you can confirm that President Trump campaigned and "promised" to arrest and deport illegal [criminal] aliens and thats EXACTLY what his admin is doing with the combined effort of 3 letter agencies, US marshals, BOP, and others. Also, be sure to check the various physical fitness requirements for LEO in America.

Federal agents making arrests of illegal immigrants primarily include officers from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), specifically from its Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) divisions. Additionally, the Trump administration has expanded authority to other federal law enforcement agencies, including:

  • U.S. Marshals Service: Deputized to conduct immigration enforcement, with over 3,600 marshals and deputy marshals potentially involved.
  • Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA): Approximately 4,600 special agents have been authorized to assist in immigration arrests.
  • Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF): Around 2,500 special agents can participate in these operations.
  • Federal Bureau of Prisons: Officers from this agency have also been authorized to engage in immigration enforcement.

Thank you. What was it the Santayana left us to ponder? "Those who do not remember the past are doomed to repeat it".
