Trump is warning Europe that he is still Putin’s man

Trump talking nonsense as usual, demonstrating he's still Putin's pet.

Extracts from his interview on Tuesday on Fox and Friends:

1. Trump falsely claimed that Kyiv had started the war (“you don’t take on a nation that’s 10 times your size”).

2. Trump falsely asserted that former President Barack Obama had approved the legal transfer of Crimea to Russian control in 2014. “Putin, he made a good deal. He got it from Obama”, claimed Trump, arguing – again falsely – that “Obama gave it away in one of the dumbest real estate deals I’ve ever seen”. In fact, to this day, even Trump’s government does not recognise Russian sovereignty over Crimea.

3. “Long before Putin, it was always a no-no,” insisted the President, falsely stating the history of Nato’s expanded architecture. In fact, as early as 1991, President Boris Yeltsin said that Russia hoped to join the alliance, and in June 2017, Putin discussed Russian membership of Nato with President Bill Clinton.

  • It's not nonsense, it's the truth. Ukraine started the war by cozying up to the Americans and the EU. Had they stayed with the party paying their energy bills, Russia, this war would never have happen

  • BS. Ukraine is a sovereign nation and has every right to make it's own decisions irrespective of what murderous war criminals in other countries want them to do. End of.

Delusions of grandeur

During an interview with conservative radio host Mark Levin, President Donald Trump described Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as a "war hero" for his actions in Gaza. Trump added that he should also be known as a war hero because he approved of the bombing mission that destroyed Iran's nuclear facility.

"Nobody cares, but I am too," Trump said, referring to himself as a hero. "I sent those planes."

Adam Kinzinger, a former Air National Guard officer, discussed Trump's comments on CNN's "Erin Burnett OutFront."

"This is nuts!" Kinzinger, who represented Illinois in Congress as a Republican for more than a decade, shouted. "This is nuts, and his people are going to find a way to justify this."

'Nuts!' Ex-GOP lawmaker tees off after Trump calls himself a 'war hero'

This is just the start. His brain is going so fast I fully expect him to howl at the moon come Christmas, and his cabinet of clowns will probably start howling too. Wouldn't be surprised if Fox started each show with 10 seconds of supportive howling.

Just shows how dumb the average American is that they lap Trumps lies up.

The average Americans voted for Trump, not once, but twice.

Dumb as rocks.

Three and and a half years after being invaded by a country with a population of 140 million compared to Ukraine's 40 million, 70% of the country is still free, so yes, it's working out.

Ending the war might not just help Trump's legacy, it could, in his view, also help his soul.

“I want to try to get to Heaven if possible,” he said with a smile, admitting his odds aren’t great.

During his January inauguration, he told supporters he had been “saved by God to make America great again.”

Can someone link one of the hundreds of videos of Zelensky's goons kidnapping middle age men out walking with their families on the street and bundling them screaming and kicking into vans to be sent to the frontline. Never to be seen again. To me, this sums up the Ukraininan/western lefty warmongers effort.

Putin wants all the Baltic states back under Russin Control like Latvia, Tajikistan, etc. He would not have stopped at Ukraine.

Losing 30% (it's less) in 3 1/2 years in a protracted war of attrition is still quite a lot. War of attrition isn't primarily about gaining territory. It's about attriting the enemy, however, you obviously have no idea what the basic tenets of attrition in war are.

Not bad still being free after Putin said he would win within three days.

Yep. The Ukrainians pushed back and pushed back hard. Pity they couldn't push the Russians back across the border. Now the Ukrainian forces are stretched thin with massive amounts of KIA, WIA, huge desertion numbers and severe recruitment problems. Your deflection though shows that you can't address my post in that you don't know what a war of attrition is. Initially it was a war of manouver but that hasn't been the case for a couple of years.

If I remember well, it wasn't a statement from Putin, but written in an FSB report.

Anyway  it was a massive failure for Putin. :coffee1:

Not enough Trump hating threads for you already?

As a non USC, it really doesn’t affect you but how will you survive?

Is this your way to cope with Trump’s continued winning and the fact he has three and a half years left?  Yes, years!

I honestly think you and some of the other unstable ones won’t survive.

Have you considered a different coping mechanism?

Professional counseling could be beneficial however most are so far down the rabbit hole there’s no chance of recovery.

US President Donald Trump's approval rating has dropped to its lowest level yet following his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Alaska.

Among American adults, only 40% strongly or somewhat approve of Trump's job performance and 56% disapprove, according to an Economist/YouGov poll released on Tuesday, four days after his summit with Putin on ending the war in Ukraine.

His disapproval rating is the highest with the survey during his second term, and his net approval rating of -16 is worse than all but five occasions during his first term.

Look at his ankles (kankles)watch him stagger as he walks look at his posture look at his complexion (if you can with all the girly face paint).his brain is toast as well he was claiming you had to have your license plate to vote for crying out loud. Don’t think they are going to be able to prop him up much longer.

Whilst I agree that Putin wants the Baltic States back under Russian control, may I be geographically pedantic and point out that Tajikistan is a landlocked country in central Asia, and rather a long way from the Baltic Sea.

I do hope that you have nothing to do with the USA's penchant for dropping bombs on people...

Just more of your “I hate Trump “ nonsense because you have nothing else because he’s achieving what Biden could only dream of.

Ankes???    WTF!  That’s the best you can think of?  Minor stuff.  He is 78 or so.

The schedule he maintains would wear out most 10 years younger than him

Sharp as a tac.  Proven on daily basis but the past week was phenomenal.

He’s going nowhere except hopefully POTUS 2028.

I just ordered the hat.  I’ll wear it to our lunch if you ever get the courage to man up

And at the AN Christmas party!
