I think the AP report was quite direct in what the judges said. 

The Dems had filed this case with clear intent a political motivation and not for the benefit of anyone except the Dems. Since there were no victims, the Dems were trying to take everything from Trump so he would not be able to run for President. If the judges ruled with this opinion (which they did). The only 2 tiered justice is the ones the Dems used to when they tried to use the court system to wrongfully attack Trump based on their political status. The courts are righting a wrong ruling that was based on a political attack on Trump. Not for anything done wrongfully to someone. I suspect, that many more cases will follow this ruling about how the Dems misused the court system to attack Trump to prevent him from running for President.

I defy anyone to cite me a case in NY where the Appellate judge used similar language to that found in Judge Friedmans dissent. He essentially publicly accused her of lawfare.

Just look at the way the Govt ( NY) went out of its way  to punish Trump & his organization,

Coming back from a beach road walk shortly after the election I was waiting at the traffic light at Second Road and Klang.   The traffic cop standing next to the booth asked me where I was from.  After telling him America, he let out a big smile and gave me the thumbs up saying “Trump”.  I smiled back and said “oh yeah”.

Just one of the things being considered by Trump and his Admin right now for implementation when ready, is to take away from the States their control of the voting processes for a Federal Election.  The evidence is overwhelming that some States are allowing non-Citizens to vote and that is against the Constitution. Many other breaches against the Federal Laws for the election of POTUS are being documented and they will be enough for Trump to implement a new Federal Law that has been passed by the Senate and House, to take full control of all Federal Elections on a National basis. There is no Constitutional guarantee that each State alone can only decide how elections are held within each State - it has just always been that way.
