November 6, 2025Nov 6 Popular Post DC sandwich thrower Sean Dunn found not guilty of assaulting federal agent Published Thu, Nov 6 20252:35 PM EST Updated 2 Hours Ago Former Department of Justice employee Sean Dunn was found not guilty of assaulting a federal agent whom he had thrown a Subway sandwich at on a street in Washington, D.C. U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro’s prosecutors previously failed to get a grand jury in D.C. to indict Dunn on a felony assault charge. Her office then filed a misdemeanor charge against him that went to trial. Dunn’s attorney in closing arguments said the confrontation was the result of his “strongly held feelings” about immigration enforcement. https://www.cnbc.com/2025/11/06/sandwich-thrower-sean-dunn-doj-trump-acquitted.html _________________ NB The jury determined that the launching of the 12-inch deli sandwich from what the government described as “point-blank range” was not an attempt to cause bodily injury, preventing a conviction.

Reportedly, the Deep State has an entire battalion of these people ready to go. Every one of them armed with a ham sandwich. What makes it even worse is that supposedly the ham is imported.

November 7, 2025Nov 7 I agree a felony charge was a reach. But we need to htink about what is and is not acceptable behavior, especially concerning assault on government officials. Of course, throwing a snadwich is a joke, but where do we draw the line? Is throwing a Super Big Gulp of Dr Pepper acceptable? A Snickers bar? There needs to be some effort to maintain some sense of decorum in public behavior.

Nice allusion to Nazi Germany. Well done in keeping the discussion civil and non hysterical. ICE goes where they are directed, to apprehend illegals. They do not operate outside of regulation. Or do you think it is OK for people to live and work in the US illegally? You may not like how ICE works, and I get that, but they ARE performing a valuable law enforcement function.

She was driving a car she had no right to drive. Photographed license plates of undercover agents' cars, which can put them in danger. Otherwise, why would she want that information? She was also accused of driving dangerously in her attempt to "dox" the agents. What a moron.
