Featured Replies

Has anyone gotten a prescription from a government hospital? Years ago, a doc at a government hospital told me they were not allowed to.

Not the place to be asking medical advice friend. Chat GPT or Gemini AI might be a bit more reliable but ultimately a qualified physician would be desired.

  • According to my knowledge Cialis has no effect on prostate cancer prevention but is used to treat symptoms of Prostate hypertrophy by relaxing the blood vessels which can help with urination. And of c

According to Chapt GPT there is only one FDA approved Thai manufactured generic, Talafil, and the Thai manufacturer, for a variety of reasons, charges high prices for it.  So there is no good cheap source for daily 5 mg generic in Thailand as there is in most other countries.  (The patent has expired everywhere, it seems.)

While I agree that the Thai generic version is expensive it is considerably cheaper than the original Cialis.

Lowest dose is actually 2.5mg

Is the 2.5mg dose available in Thailand, though? I've never found it. Even the 5mg tablets used daily give me horrendous side effects :(

Yeah, that is weird. The patent expired many years ago. I would have thought that the generic manufacturers would have immediately jumped in like they do with other medicines. Even the Government Pharmaceutical Organization manufactures generic viagra (sildenafil citrate). About 6 years ago I was taking Cialis 5mg for benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH), but could only get it on prescription i Bangkok and it was really expensive. Luckily, I got my BPH sorted and am no longer on meds for that.
