Immigration policy is messy, but treating children with dignity shouldn't be partisan. Biden's handling let in a huge influx of kids without enough follow-up. But this specific mess is the Trump admin trying to deport 600+ Guatemalan minors at 3 AM on Labor Day, even with pending cases. A judge stopped it for due process. Kids deserve better from everyone, including the likes of you don't they?

No one was being flown out at 3 AM.  Judge Sparkle Sooknanan in the hearing stated that she received notice of the complaint at 2 a.m. Sunday and that she contacted the U.S. attorney's office at 3:43 a.m. The hearing was at 12:30 PM on Sunday and she  made her order effective as of the time she received the complaint.

What Gestapo? The Guatemalan minors had no legal status in the USA. The USA was fulfilling a legal obligation to return the unaccompanied minors to their families in their country of origin. The same procedures apply when a parent  absconds with a minor when there is a child custody dispute. The minors do not belong in the USA, nor is it the responsibility of the US taxpayers to clothe, educate and care for migrants from other countries who are dumped in the USA. This is Guatemala's responsibility and Guatemala has agreed to take the minors. Yours is an argument of condescending aggressor colonial mentality that basically says that Guatemala cannot take care of its people.

All executive orders are open to judicial scrutiny, which results in a large percentage of Trump’s getting canned by the courts.
