Yes you're right, that's why there are 3 branches of govt. But unfortunately there are so many haters of this particular President, some judges just like some posters on here, have their judgement blinded by hate. 

 

I don't like many things Trump does, but I try to judge each individual action on it's own merits., not just think Trump and whatever he does is bad.
