Donald Trump once again threatened on Truth Social to revoke the broadcast licenses of ABC and NB. He claimed that the FCC should revoke their operating licenses, because, in his opinion, these channels publish "97% bad stories" about him.

 

On Truth Social, Trump began his post by claiming that, despite "tremendous popularity" and the fact that many would describe his presidency as "among the best eight months in presidential history", he receives unfair treatment. According to him, two of the "worst and most biased networks in history" offer him nothing but unfavorable coverage.

 

Trump goes on to say that, "in the opinion of many", the FCC should revoke the licenses of ABC and NBC. He adds that he would be "totally in favor" of this measure, as these channels would represent, in his opinion, "a real threat to our democracy".

Most of those "lies" are now acknowledged as being truths. Uncomfortable truths perhaps, but truths non the less.

The FCC only licenses their owned and operated (O&O) stations. The networks themselves are not licensed by the FCC.

Legacy media is simply the media arm of the Democratic Party. As for the title of this thread free speech was buried under Biden.
