The narcissism has always been there. That's why we've seen him react with what is termed narcissistic rage when challenged or thwarted in his ambitions. It's actually the reason for most of life's problems, and it starts in childhood, the child either being neglected and or abused , or spoiled, which has them hating and thinking the world owes them for this. Many of the world's leaders have this disorder, and all of the dictatorships stem from them. A tad of narcissism is normal in most people, but the disorder is a completely different story. People don't complain about bar girls because all they are there for is for the john to get off in and leave. When they take them on as wives or girlfriends is when the real story is revealed.
