Would it be morally preferable to you if foxes, rabbits and feral pigs ( vermin ) were killed by poisoning programs, rather than being shot?

Noted you did not answer my question about the ecosystem effect of agriculture.

Yeah, we'd rather eat rabbits

Before calcivirus, if you ordered chicken chow mein at any Chinese restaurant in inland Australian towns, the odds were pretty good it would be rabbit meat.

I once went out with a guy on a station that shot rabbits for his beer money. 95% of his rabbits were head shot, he got about 150 the night I was with him.

He took a slab of Toohey's with him. His shooting got progressively better as he worked his way through the beer.

Steaks arent from an animal that was killed, it came in a package.

True. Rabbits are fat deficient.

I see you have a rival in the pearl-clutching competition, albeit on a different topic.

Hard to come by these days, just a few Italian butchers carry rabbit meat, no supermarkets.

I also once had sex 5 times in one day all with different women.

Five hookers who each were probably with ten different guys the same day, so essentially you had sex with fifty men that day as well…that’s really creepy man.

Good grief, you really need to lay off the estrogen because it’s wrecking your manhood.

I'm like that when I play darts. Absolutely rubbish when I start. Then, as the beer starts to go down, I get my eye in. Reach my peak after about 8 beers. 140's, bull finishes, the full monty. Come the 9th beer, anyone within a 10 foot radius is in mortal danger. I tend to stop then (darts that is, not the beers).

I used to fish like that. Up before dawn and out on the misty Bays around Penetanguishene, those first Becks or Henekens went down great and by 9am, the boat was full of empty Bud or Iron City cans since the taste didnt matter anymore, together with loads of tasty toothy Pike

Anyone climb Everest or do something big?

Back in 2014 , I ran the Boston Marathon..

In order to gain an entry spot , the participants have to have ran a recent marathon in order to qualify.

The entry process is always oversubscribed , meaning that only the fastest qualifiers get accepted.

It took me 9 marathons before I got my finish time down to Boston Qualifier (BQ) level.

This was finally achieved at the 2012 Bank of America Chicago Marathon.

I went on to BQ and run the Boston Marathon 6 times in total ...

I had lunch with his former secretary. What an experience.  Both positive and very strange at the same time. He was a former thai airforce pilot as well. He told some.really cool stories.

Also gave him a cannabis balm to help him with some of his pains. 😁

I succcessfully raised two Tamagotchi's.... at the same time.

And then drowned them in the bathtub.

Hunting is not just a blood sport; it represents a profound crime against nature. Such practices undermine the delicate balance of our ecosystems and disregard the intrinsic value of wildlife.

Hunting is a necessary pastime in most areas, mainly because man has over developed areas and destroyed habitat the animals use. The delicate balance of our ecosystems has taken a shot since man began building homes, and businesses, shrinking that habitat and having the same amount of animals, or more, living closer to humans, which causes encounters, many of which are fatal, and which also means less food for the animals, more chance of disease spreading, and more accidents with automobiles.

Hunting is still the same activity it used to be, with the exception of most hunters being able to buy food instead of having to shoot it, although the meat still feeds millions of families, and a lot of it goes to homeless shelters, donated by the hunters. The hunters dollars spent also goes towards habitat restoration, local businesses, and businesses that thrive on the hunters dollars.

Wildlife of course has value, but it's been man that's been making species extinct almost daily because of greed and profit.

you ate bear meat? why not I guess ... meat is meat, right?

Bear meat is a good meat, and the fat is still used to bake, being close to lard in it's consistency.

Calling a man little because he does something he likes, that isn't hurting anyone but helping many species,  that actually helps conservation by keeping the animal population in the carrying capacity of the land they inhabit is ludicrous. Hunting has always been an activity of man, and always will be because of the money hunters spend helping all wildlife.

Bear meat is infected by Trichinella, a roundworm parasite.

The same as pork, most everyone knowing it needs to be fully cooked.

The intellectual property belonged to the company I worked for. I got a symbolic cheque for one dollar.

The bean counters were very miffed when I refused to cash it. I don't know why, it became a stale cheque after one year.

Then you basically held nothing, then, as WIPO was the higher authority.

Only 3 things ...

... raised the perfect daughter

... pulled 3 kids out of Kata Beach who would have drowned

... survived all the stupid sh!t I used to do, and that's a very long list
