The easiest way is to first add the number to your contacts. You can do that within the Mytello app (click the vertical 3 dots for the menu option).

 

If for some reason you don't want to add the number to your contacts, you can use the keypad to enter the number. If you don't see the keypad icon, click on Favorite and then you should see the keypad icon.

Make you put ++ then country code,If you put 00 in front of country code it doesn't work

How do you enter a plus sign?   I am not sure if that is with the Mytello (I don't know what that is) but I have seen other phone numbers with a plus and all I can get the keyboard to display is the "0".

I have a plus sign on my two phones (bottom left)  but what I have done with previous phones is to press ) twice.

 

 

Play with it, you will get there.

I have 2 American market Samsungs.   There is a gray plus sign under the 0.   To the left and right of the zero are the * and the #.   

 

Try as I might, when I am in Thailand, I had not figured it out.   I reached the point that I was thinking, the plus sign was not actually part of any phone number. 

 

Your response stimulated me into searching for how to get a plus sign.  If you can do it, than I should be able to do it to!  I found it.  Press and hold the zero and the + sign appears.   Tap the zero and a 0 appears.   I never thought that I had to hold the zero.   I will try it next time I am in Thailand.
