Could we get back on topic please,it's about the deserted buildings not about my brutal attack in which sadly it sounds like you don't have a sympathetic bone in your body

Well either you are brutally attacked or you were hugged, could you please clarify for us which one it was, quite a difference?

I happen to love graffiti and street art, so for me deserted buildings are a very cool look, once they're loaded up with graffiti.

The builders ran out of money, so just left them to rot and ruin the Environment.  This is the Thai Way.

Hardly exclusive to Thais. Happens all over the world. All of these are from the US, there are hundreds across the country.

There's no need for prejudices

As many of you know I was nearly brutally attacked by a ladyboy several weeks ago up on Threppasit Rd near the Supalai condo

That's funny.

lived in Jomtien 20 years.

Never had any real problems.

I do wonder what some  drama queens get up to here. :coffee1:

There are lots of them all around the country.

Or even created , like in BK. There was a hotel already running years, then someone find out, it was not to building regulations.

So they shut down the hotel and or had to be modified or demolished.

I dont remember if it was same hotel, but one built on wrong place, they used land not theirs, came into problems with

metro builders and plans.

Phuket on a hill , remains of what once, guess, was a resort.  Some floors and roads. Totally built, but was demolished, probably it wasnt allowed.  Upper walls broken down, but not the flooring. Now it all looks ugly in nature.

Same like Surin beach where many Thai put up eating places. Not allowed, so broken down and leaving remains which makes it uggly.

Some years ago , Pattaya, buildings build on government land had to be broken down. No idea what has happened with that, as owners were trying to keep it.

Here some other samples, years empty and not finished.
