As the former US attorney knows and you clearly don't, one needs strong evidence to make such a case. Only on one document out of many was it written that this mortgage was for James' primary residence. And that was only for the power of attorney document. and that document would not be taken into account when the bank makes a decision.

What's that got to do with the case against Laetitia Jones? That an experienced and highly respected prosecutor decided that there was nothing there tells us all we need to know. even if  Trump gets some incompetent to try and bring the case to trial, it's virtually a sure thing that a judge will swat it down.
