For the last couple of days, ASEAN NOW keeps asking me to prove that I'm not a robot.  If I navigate to a different web page, when  return I need to re-verify.  This is now happening frequently and is very annoying.  Why is this occuring?

OK, I understand the need for security but is it really necessary to require repeat verification every few minutes?  Once logged in, surely this should not be necessary unless I log out and then log in again.  I am getting this problem every time I switch to another tab on my browser (Brave) for a while.  When I switchback to ASEANNOW I get the verify request again.

Hard to answer, that infers an issue on your browser cookie settings, if yr blocking them, then it reads yr entry is the first entry every time as opposed to reading the cookie and clearing you.

 

That isn't a system error our end, or I'm certain you wouldn't be the only one experiencing this

Very odd.  Cookies are not blocked and nothing on my system has been changed, to the best of my knowledge.

I'll try disabling the shields function on Brave - but this has never been a problem before.

Well, I didn't either, until a few days ago.  Something has changed - but not knowingly by me.
