If they're illegal aliens, or if they are legal aliens that violate the terms of their visa, deport them.

You live in a country with super-strict immigration laws - and - then complain when US immigration attempts to perform their job.  Thai immigration has always been strict, so there aren't a couple of million people who are in the country illegally that they have to worry about.  But if there were, then Thai Immigration would be rounding up illegals left and right.  In the US, the previous administrations opened the borders and let virtually anyone to cross.  Now that US immigration is trying to clean up the mess - you complain?  

Or - you actually don't live in Thailand and have never experienced things like random home checks by immigration offices who want to see your passport, TM30, and 90 Day Report receipt as well as asking you questions even when you've lived here for over a decade.  

Very strange.  Why not complain about Thai Immigration too?
