You really haven't worked out who this new SE poster is yet? I'll give you a little hint, he's not from Sweden and it's not Mrs. Smith. 

I normally live in my house in Bangkok but at the moment I'm staying at my condo in Pattaya. If this border dispute continues I don't know how I will feel as my stress levels are at a record high now. Try living in a studio condo having to listen to that Army garbage on either TV or phone non stop. Her indoors can't get enough of it, if it wasn't for the fact that we've been married to her for 25 years I'd move on. I spent time 1967-1968 in Vietnam as a field engineer so I seen more than enough of what the outcome could become here if this continues the way it going at the moment.

That's ridiculous. I have failed to cope with stress to the point of mental illness. But I don't have any respect for those who claim to be rich and still can't make themselves happy.

How is the border dispute causing you stress? Nobody is forcing you to "listen to that army garbage" (whatever that means). You have the choice of what media you consume.

I've lived with several Thai woman and money was never really an issue.
