You are correct, but it is not pronounced as the English word 'sat' nor does the Thai pronunciation rhyme with the English word 'cat'

They are aggressive everywhere. Many of them are after kids too..

Nobody in Thailand really cares as long as these LB's only rob and attack those awful foreigners tourists. 

If I ever see a group of these KTs hanging around , I`ll cross the road to avoid walking through them . The usual tactic is for one of them to grab you and another one to go for your wallet . Also beware on the sorngtau ( baht bus ) . I had one sit suspiciously close to me . After a couple of minutes I felt some disturbance under my posterior . Even though I was sitting on my wallet , the KT had their fingers down there and had half extracted it . I almost punched him/her/it in the face , but thought better of it and just told them to desist .

I have a ladyboy as a neighbours and they always SLAM DOORS and CUPBOARDS which shakes my whole room and always in a bad temper, LIKE I CAN here them enter  the floor in our condo (all the way down the hall)........Had to punch the wall yesterday because their slamming driving me crazy, I already complained to condo management about it before, but they don't want to change their behaviour it seems ......
