     Curious what condo project that is.  I don't recall a highrise condo on Pattaya Second Road that has staggered balcony levels like those in the photo.  There aren't that many highrise condos on Second Road.  Definitely not Centric Sea, Unixx, or The Base--they don't have glass balcony railings.  Don't think it's The Edge, either and definitely not VT 6.  I wonder if it is actually a hotel as every balcony in the photo seems to have the same style round balcony chairs.
