I totally agree. It’s crazy that Israel are still starving the Gazans, which is so transparently trying to kill the peace process. Rubio said the illegal settler expansion is also a threat. Good thing, USA and other countries seem to be in control. The Israeli government should obviously be not allowed anything to do with controlling Gaza. Tony Blair as high ambassador is as bad a choice as Bush would be. 
In my opinion, we need international peacekeepers immediately in Gaza and the West Bank, as the IDF are actually doing nothing to stop settler violence.

 The ICJ is a weak and ineffective arm of the UN, possessing no enforcement powers whatsoever.  It's so-called judges are, in the main, unqualified. If I was an Israeli I would be telling it to get lost or, better still, ignoring it altogether.

Israel have been told to allow UNRWA to handle the aid .

UNRWA have previously been associated with Hamas ,

Aid  is still going into Gaza , just UNRWA have been sidelined

Kick two of the most powerful nations in the world out of an organization intended to solve international problems.  That sounds like a very sensible plan.

 

Moreover, the U.S. is by far the biggest financial contributor to the U.N. to the tune of $14.1 billion per year.  The U.S. covers 22% of the U.N.'s regular budget; 25% of its peace-keeping budget and 40% of its humanitarian aid.  Which countries would cover that shortfall?

Humanitarian principles aren’t for sale. The fact that the U.S. contributes more financially doesn’t give it moral or legal authority to veto global consensus on humanitarian actions like ceasefires. The UN is supposed to represent international law and human rights, not the preferences of its biggest donor.

I support the Palestinian people and even Hamas who are actually still running Palestine and providing the essential services that Israel is attempting to destroy.

 

Having said that I do not support the armed wing of Hamas.

 

IMHO they are fighting to free THEIR country from the very powerfully armed alien invaders who are attempting to destroy it.
