I have done that and neither of the reports says who the perpetrators of the assaults were .

   Neither reports states who carried out the assaults , that is why I asked Malcolm    to back up his claim that it was Israelis who carried out the assaults  (As that wasn't stated in either report)

Thai agricultural workers in Israel were all male last time I checked. And the people doing the assaulting are probably fellow workers. I lived on a kibbutz years ago. The kibbutz had to close the pub to the Thai workers after they got drunk and raped a fellow worker.
