Have you graduated high school? Where do you think most learning comes from? And where do the teachers get their learning mostly from? And you think Irving Kirsch is the go to on depression while a hundred others aren't? What you're not understanding is that everything you post here is something I have probably already read, or at least something comparable, as there are thousands of authors on the subject. Again, get off this subject.
