They can if they have registered the property under their name in the TM30 system, with the consent/documents of the owner.

Does anyone know if this TM30 printout from the agent would be sufficient for Jomtien Immigration and for me not having to go there to physically do the TM30 form again?

Can't speak for Jomtien but that would definitely be accepted at Chaeng Wattana.

once the owner ( or anyone) submits the required doc online ( ID card, house paper)
anyone with access can do the report

the pic above is good ,( it is for Phuket)  but ONLY pattaya knows if its good for them  5555

"""the Tenant ... House Master .... Possessor...can do it him / her self online...or in person"""

Been doing my own TM-30's for past 4 years for my location - better safe than sorry.

Did TM-30 on Friday, 3 days ago. ( Back from holiday hotel stay ). Took all of 9 minutes, then I did my 1st TM-47, in person, took 5 minutes, after "retirement extension" renew.

I do in person because Immigration is 5 minutes away from my almost daily  trip to 7-11 - 15 minutes from my front door.

YOU can do a TM-30 and TM-47 online once registered.

TM30 has to be done by a registered "master of household". To do it online, one needs to first be registered as master of household for the property, some are already registered as such in the property's house book and can be approved for TM30 online registrations when uploading a copy of the housebook. If a rental, a tenant cal also be registered as master of household by uploading ID and rental agreement for TM30 online registration.

ANYBODY with the required documents can do it online, my GF does it regularly for her tenants on the landlord's behalf.
