Your childlike innocence shines through nearly every word of your pathetic reply.   There are already many "registers"  and signing up is not an option, it's done for you, on your behalf ,whether you like it or not.   If you don't  believe me , as an example , try buying some life insurance when in your 70's  or after successfully beating cancer.

You could have tried to  explain how you would  reconcile the problem of world "over population" with the almost religious fervour applied to health and safety, and saving lives ?

In the USA doctors are puritanical, like a cult, about not prescribing antibiotics and antiviral meds.

Here in Thailand doctors give me anti-virals after testing for flu and antibiotics are available without the permission of a doc.

 

I have found that a lot of colds and flu that I tolerated in the US with doctors saying there was no effective medication are somehow treatable in Thailand and I have far less trouble with these illnesses and shorter duration than I did in the US.

Have you considered that the colds and flu you contracted in the US were just different to the viruses that infected you here

That is of course possible, but the obvious difference is that the doctors in Thailand begin from the assumption that if they identify the infectious agent it can probably be treated.

In the USA, (in my experience) no testing is done and the doctors begin from the assumption that upper respiratory illnesses are untreatable.

 

One day its influenza and one day it's covid, exact same thing; the nothing but normal yearly flu.

Depends. In general flu vaccines help, but some years they don't help much, It depends on whether they guess right which strain of flu is going to dominate, and some years they choose badly. It's not like the Covid vaccine, which doesn't prevent you from catching it but does seem to prevent more severe cases and (some) deaths. There have come to be so many "vaccines" it's become hard to judge their worth. Polio vaccine seems to work well. Measles and mumps vaccines seem to work well. Smallpox vaccine worked so well it doesn't even need to be used any more. I think the real problem is that the public health authorities lied so much nobody trusts them anymore. And, of course, Trump putting the inmates in charge hasn't helped.

People fight cancer because they do not want to die or suffer the horrendous side effects, But inevitably death must come to us all as we move on to make space for our successors, A child could understand that.

                I am not an "anti vaxxer"  and, not that its any of your business, I have had all my vaccinations since childhood, including 3 covid jabs, but as I subsequently contracted covid 3 times I will not be having any more of those thank you very much.                 The purpose of my post was to highlight the paradox of a planet increasingly suffering from the effects of over population, but with many of its inhabitants ( that would be the doctors and scientists in case you were wondering) engaged in producing medicines (including but not specifically vaccines ) to enable people to live longer. Anybody with even an ounce of common sense can see that  is not sustainable

The issue is the flawed testing method.  Are they testing asymptomatic people like they did with covid? Then they'd crank up the cycle threshold number so that cucumbers and goldfish tested positive.  The terrified bipedal sheep stampede and the next thing you know it's masks and forced injections.

I can't be bothered with any more sill arguments, you initially said we are vaccinating the world but we are overpopulated and then suddenly reversed your argument.

My best qualification is an MSc from Oxford in Software Engineering, plus thirty years of freelance software engineering experience in Europe and the USA.  (I only mentioned this as you made a direct comment to 'learning difficulties'.)

The one person in the household that did not receive an influenza vaccination in June of this year came down with Influenza A this month.  That family member spent a couple of nights in hospital and ran up a hospital bill that is many multiples of the cost of the flu vaccine.

 

In spite of sharing the house with the person who contracted the flu, none of the vaccinated household members contracted it.

 

Yeah, this is anecdotal, but you'll not convince me that the flu vaccine is ineffective.

We all know why this is happening.

It isn't only in Thailand.

The fever is that body trying to get itself back to normal.

 

Dengue. I suggest big, regular doses of Vitamin C. Rest and drink plenty of water. Not eating for a couple of days is also a help. 

 

For any cures, or help, best see a medical professional.
