To save all confusion why don’t the Lady boys display a a badge similar to a name  badge reading “ Ladyboy”  I know it sounds too simple and some people would say too stupid

You would take out the surprise element to the encounter?

Recording in public, which is what the subject here is, is legal in France and Canada.  The US does not have variable laws concerning recording in public, the Constitution gives everyone the right to record in public.

All irrelevant. What is the Thai law?

It is in most countries, but TIT

Just have to look up "Yaribal" on Facebook. He has his face on his profile picture which I know is him because there is another reel floating around from when the Ladyboys busted him. 17k followers and it says the profile is from Columbia.

Perhaps someone should urge action against Pattaya ladyboys stealing Indian tourists gold neck chains. 😀

These videos are tacky; the guy should be punched in the face.

False according to Integrity Legal Video titled "Reminder, Filming people without consent is a crime in Thailand"  Additionally web says it violates Privacy Laws and the Personal Data Protection Act.

Talks about filming people incidently for personal use and filming people deliberately and if it causes distress or damage to their reputation it could be a crime.

So when there's a fight and people being Thais and foreigners in Pattaya take out their cameras to video the fight, it's illegal? Just like when on Beach Rd the ladyboys beat up a foreigner and Thais and foreigners start taking video of the fight?

Or when some Thai videos some foreigners or foreigners and Thais do public sex acts on a Songtaew, on the beach, etc. and it somehow ends up on news sites. Why aren't these Thais charged with a crime of taking filming people without consent?

Would need to hear from an Attorney on this.  Next question is if owners of security cameras are filming and sharing video that can clearly identify individuals does this violate the laws?

Not when it comes to breaking the law.

It's quite simple really and common sense .... if you take your camera and film someone where can do them damage (in this instance their privacy from this sort of work) then it's illegal. If someone asks you not to film them and you continue to do so you can also get done.

The whole 'we are in a public space' doesn't apply in Thailand.

They've been watching too many YouTube videos.

Surprised YT allows that channel to exist, they are usually rabid for shutting down spicy channels like that.

They won't push these sort of videos or have the algorythm push the channel, and the monetization on these type of videos will be next to nothing.

Next up:

How about a few big websites with a few hundred/thousand  up close pics of farangs taken secretly  with Thai gals or boys sitting in their laps with time place and date stamps.

Maybe several versions with different languages and questions like:

See if you can spot your husband or your friends husband?

Name and shame this man from your local church or town?

Do you know this man?

Click here to add your own pics.

Post it all over the internet.

See how that works out.

Yari is a Russian name, the account was opened in September. He is trying to earn money and live in Thailand far away from Putin's army.

The videos are clearly breaking the Youtube rules about privacy.

I hope they will catch him soon .

Easy peasy. They look like Harry Potter

Meanwhile, after a shift trolling Beach Road, they go back to their room where they do overtime on Only Fans.

The only reason they are unhappy is because he didn't give them any money for filming them.

Unlikely he won't be earning any monies on these videos.

I believe so. But covert filming with offensive/abusive narrative/questioning which is then posted in public for amusement/denigration is a different kettle of fish.

It has a feel of common assault about it.
