Putting on too much weight and won't power (will power) is gone, so thinking of a temp. fix or help.

Dr thinks I could have fractured a metal rod in my back, so keeping the weight off is an aim while I can't exercise.

It might HELP to lose weight, but only with a plan for healthy diet.

No sugar, no alcohol, less carbs, no cakes....and so on.

Also please consider it might be a life time medication.

You will have to face a jo-jo effect, if you will stop the treatment after 2 months.

In other words you will gain your weight again.
