Two people were left seriously injured on 27 November after a white Honda sedan was struck from behind by a white cement-transport trailer truck and forced underneath a stopped 22-wheel articulated lorry in Bang Nam Priao district, Chachoengsao. The collision occurred at about 09.30 on Road 3200, Chachoengsao–Bang Nam Priao, in front of Sitthisunthon School near the entrance to Wat Bang Yai. Emergency responders from Bang Nam Priao Hospital extracted the drivers using rescue equipment and transported both injured drivers, the sedan driver and the cement truck driver, to hospital, for medical treatment.

Police from Bang Nam Priao Station arrived to examine the scene, where the cement truck had rear-ended the Honda with enough force to push it beneath the articulated truck. Investigators found extensive damage to the crushed car, with the driver, the only occupant, trapped in the wreckage and significant impact forces affecting all vehicles involved. Traffic in the area slowed as rescue teams worked to free the injured and clear the roadway.

Authorities are now reviewing the circumstances leading to the collision, including potential speed, visibility and spacing factors on the roadway. Investigators will interview the surviving drivers once their conditions allow and will review any available CCTV in the area. Police will proceed with standard accident-investigation procedures to determine liability and press charges.

Crikey, they are still alive, I bet it would be a difficult story if it was a Chinese built car.

dont think, the chinese, such as BYD, are doing very well in NCAP safety tests. ever heard? maybe you can watch and learn...

https://www.euroncap.com/en/ratings-rewards/latest-safety-ratings/ half of the top list in safety are Chinese, this is not absolute and doesnt tell everything, but it tells a lot.

NETA, yes, nobody would be surviving if it was a Neta.

hey no offense taken!

Always leave a space in front so there's some chance of escaping.......brakes on and off to signal slowing down, hazards on if worried and watch the traffic coming up behind like a hawk..........
