Like many things Thaivisa the condom has been a failure.

 

I had to mangle the (empty of course) Chang can to get it back out. The condom is now back where I found it.

 

And the bottom came unglued!

You just reminded me, in my kitchen cupboard I have a "Holley Carburetor" beer can condom I bought at their factory in Bowling Green, Kentucky, think that was 1999, could be worth a few quid now....🤑

Ok it was the early naughties, and before an evil witch turned me into a frog mod, we had a number of very successful (much beer consumed = very successful) member-organised get togethers that mostly didn't end up with fisticuffs in the street.

 

Unfortunately, the world, and the forum, have changed beyond all recognition in the ensuing 20 or so years 😞

I do not believe the place was a "bar'. It was more of an attempt to be a coffee shop and "wine bar".  It was called "The Lounge" after the Thai Visa assets were sold in 2015. It now operates as the Busy Bee (approx. 2017 name change). My friends and I found it funny that the hip hop/break dance crew danced outside the place. I don't think the old folks sitting outside the place liked the music.
