From a strictly pragmatic standpoint, there's one less unhinged lefty out there inciting people to shoot Trump.  But it's still not a good look.

That's a much bigger topic than we have room for here.  That's a real deep rabbit hole that I get to see in over 37 years of being sober myself and interacting with thousands of others.   I think Reiner and his wife were trying to help him. As I understand it, the son was living at home with them.  (I'm open to being corrected there)

 

But you also need doctors that are well trained and not afraid to prescribe stuff for fear of losing their licenses if they do.  Even if the parents can afford it, which many can't.  And that's where I'll drop it...

 Over the years he has refused over and over to pay workers for jobs performed and tell them to "sue him".....of course they know that he has the money to drag it out in court for years and force them to spend more than they have to hire lawyers.  So they ultimately settle for pennies on the doillar and never get paid for all the work they performed....and he brags about what a great deal maker he is that he screwed ordinary workers out of their money.

Many rich people do that. I know a friend I went to school with is mega rich and didnt pay contractors. It came out in the papers as it went to court with other issues and that person talked about it with the press. His name is mud now but he is mega wealthy. I think he doesnt care. Money is his god. same as trump. They believe in their own minds that success is how rich they are.   Maybe when they are really old in their dying years will they wake up and realise was it worth it. 

As Reiner was murdered Trump was clearly out if line as opposed to a triple heart attack.

 

Reiner was a bombastic fk and took every opportunity to slander Trump.  No excuse, but given his temperament and where we are right now in US politics... .
