Does anybody know what the HUGE area that has been cleared west of Thephrayaa Rd, next to the water park, is going to be used for?

I've heard a few things, one it's owned by royalty so nothing will change they have to clear it every few years, also someone said big houses will be built, so who knows, but i see they are clearing the homeless off there. One started digging he was gone the next day

I heard a shopping centre.

OK -- you're right about that.

Yet the linked one in the Pattaya forum (where it should be) has three pages of responses compared to this one that fizzled out.

The other one is better. Introduced with robust background info, a snappy headline, a picture, and placed in the correct forum. In any case, we don't need two.
