I have had 2 orders cancelled by Lazada because of " failed delivery " . I called Lazada who explained that some of their couriers have stopped delivering to parts of  Issan , namely Ampere Prasat or other locations within 40 km of the Cambodian border , because of the fighting . However it is not all couriers because other family members have received deliveries from Lazada . You would think that the seller or Lazada would select a courier that will deliver it to Issan . Anyone else having the same experience ?

It could be excess volumes for Christmas. 

Sianmburi's just announced they can't do deliveries to parts of Sakeo due to courier's restrictions so not unexpected.

I've had two recent order cancelled by Lazada, because they say say they supplier did not ship within a certain time. First time a cooking pot. second time Cadbury's cocoa powder.

 

I'm on 137 deliveries all told. I can honestly say that all bar a handful have been pretty good.

Sellers cannot select delivery couriers. It’s done automatically by Lazada. 

Been dealing with LAZADA 12 years, 3 problems solved within a few hours. 95 % of the time problems are with the vendors.

I live in Prang Ku Si Sa Ket up until about 3 months ago had very few issues for many years but now that Kerry has stopped doing E commerce items and now Lazada has started LEX they have become very unreliable and un professional most times delivering by motor bike with side car   I hace contacted 2 suppliers asking them can they use Flash both said it is Lazada's decisionwho gets the job

I don't think it's because of Christmas. Three days ago, I ordered three different items from Lazada, all with delivery scheduled for 25 December. Two of the three were delivered before 25 December, but the last one, which was supposed to be delivered on 25 December, hasn't arrived yet. It was sent by “Flash” courier, which in my experience is always delayed.

I Ordered " Bisto Gravy Granules "for Our Christmas Dinner from Lazada But the Seller quoted a Delivery Date of December 29th,So I Cancelled with the seller after Lazada had said they would come between December 22nd & December 24th......So We had a DRY Christmas Dinner......

I live in Buriram province about 80km from the border.

Shopee have declared my area to be in the red (danger?) zone therefore no deliveries.

However Lazada have no such qualms and delivered all my bits 'n pieces with no problems.

There are some excellent “ Western” gravy mixes available depending on where you live , if you can access a Macro store they stock them.

If you start now you will be in time for next year.

Indeed Lex will not deliver to my house in Prasat . You would think that if its Lazada who choose which courier to deliver your goods , they would make sure that the courier will deliver within a 50 km of the Cambodian border . Its not rocket science . The vendors who have wrapped up the article for delivery must be getting very annoyed because the article is picked up from the vendor and is delivered to a sorting station to await its final leg of delivery but instead is returned to the vendor .
