Weirdest farang

No worries about that. He often puts minimal effort into his OP, throwing out a one-liner for discussion. Not even a complete sentence with a period at the end. Then he kicks back and lets others do the work.

Many on here never start topics then complain all day about each topic. Why would anyone put lots of effort into a topic only to get abused by keyboard warriors?

Around 15-20 years ago, in bangkok, there was this really tall farang guy (6'6" maybe), who dressed in drag - blonde wig, red dress, unshaven and high heels. I saw him a few times around Sukhumvit

"I saw him a few times around Sukhumvit..."

New Wave?

During lockdown in an illegal bar, a very smartly dress farang walked in with a briefcase, sat quietly at the bar ordered a beer.

Sat there for about 10 minutes then suddenly started shouting racial abuse.....he was obviously British from his accent.

There was black guy sat at one of the tables....only slightly built.....and the farang screamed in his face for about 30 seconds then stormed out.

Weird or what?

Who remembers the thread yonks ago about the guy who always insisted on sitting in the same seat in the cafe?  Some posters had great fun in sitting in that seat some 5 minutes before he arrived 🙂

This was rarely happening in Pattaya before, but now it seems it is daily happenings, around every corner every night.

This guy always seems to have the weakest posts on the entire forum, totally lacking in content and I guess he just doesn't want to devote two or three minutes to formulating a cohesive topic, concept or idea. We certainly don't have to worry about him winning a literary prize, do we?

Calling the pot kettle black?

You have even started a post MikeSpider !

But a man who getting closer to 60 than 55, have to be realistic. You ain’t what you used to be anymore, and therefor continue as I always have done, stay out of trouble. Never had any trouble Georgy, so why start now?

I have started many posts, but I typically put at least five minutes of thought into the post, and I think that whether forum members agree with me or not, I don't think they can make an argument that my posts lack content.

A 3 or 5 word post is just simply clickbait, with no thought whatsoever put into it.

It never happened to me, except you walk in districts where it is normal happenings. And some people is just magnets to trouble, and should learn by earlier experiences when and why they gets in trouble.

You said you from Norway

I suggest you google the elderly Norway tourist bashed by youths in Melbourne Australia last week for no reason

He left Australia the same day !!!

You said you from Norway I suggest Oslo at night through the City park

I used to have the night shift at the east end of Oslo as a security 😉

also did routine bomb searches during the Mc war between 1% clubs in the area as well in the 90ies, because one of the clubs where located in our districts.

So had my experience with knifes, guns axes, machete threats and also invited to fight on and off schedule.

Oslo is not that bad, but things happens, as everywhere, and the city park is actually quite safe in Norway, not much happening there

Obviously you have a big advertising account with this forum to be able to have such a strong opinion...your opinion has been noted

Nothing really wrong with your posts. IMO they are too wordy and you are not considering the audience. Many of Harrison posts are petty but some get an interesting response as this OP has and many witty and intelligent posters have added to the thread.

Harrison is authentic IMO and this is why I read his posts. Sure he says asinine things more often than not but that in itself is interesting.

Being well composed and being able to write like a poet might be important to you but I want authenticity and interesting. Beautiful writing is far down the list of what is important to me.

I saw him a few times around Sukhumvit and even once at the airport (Don Meaung I guess). It was like he was always looking for something or someone - sticking his head in this door or that door. Mental illness probably. Anyway, it was unusual. Let's just call it that.

Sounds like a tall version of malcom b or gg

Many you meet along the road who starts out pretty normal in the first conversations, and then start sharing their thoughts about politics and all the conspiracies they believe in.

That's where it starts going downhill for me, especially if they do not know when to stop

That is the time to check bin and Hummm along to another bar and hope he doesn't follow you.

It is more likely to happen because they just moved in our neighborhood, or occasionally meeting people on holiday at a hotel, and you cant escape because you have common thing. Asian wife, or rather say Thai wife.

Thank god my wife do not find sisters everywhere we go, so easy to find excuses, but you know when there is available pool beds next to you, and you just wanna relax, read a book, listen to some music, or at breakfast? Or heading out of the hotel, and they accidentally sees you, and also going out?

Best excuse, we are just heading for 7/11 and back to the room?

One of the weirdest had to be a hungry little fellow who considered himself the emperor, or at least prince, of Pattaya's Cheap Charlies.  He was legendary for cheating and abusing Thai girls as well as running various scams on farang.  He also believed in every sort of conspiracy theory, especially regarding increases in prices,  I could name him, but I don't want to gab or someone might flame me.

Bob?

Ah I geddit. Because the year is coming to a close you’re going for the record on AN of “thumbs downs”. I think you’re gonna win but Jonny Fartpants is closing in on ya.

@atpeace Oh do you? Anything else you want?.

Perhaps "still kicking" doing a live strip dance for you perhaps?

This forum is a business and I don't see you clicking on the adverts .

You sound like a freeloader with an opinion,a self centred selfish one at that ."you want " ..who the hell are you? "You want this you want that " ...we are not here to entertain you ... especially for free
