Yes, there are a lot of good forigners in Thailand who aren´t annoying. Unfortunately, you fall outside that group. Very sorry to inform you.

After that, why do you ask people to supply Asian women for you? Can´t you get them yourself.

I guess it's all about personal choices. I'm fortunate enough to be surrounded by a lot of expats that are rather extraordinary folks, cheerful, pleasant, having led successful lives and seemingly enjoying their retirement, to a great degree here in this wonderful land.

But then again I haven't met any of them in bars, and that's probably the last place in the world I would look for friends. I since I spend very little time in bars anyway that's not much of an issue.

Easy to avoid toxic people, stay out of bars and nightlife areas, which we or I don't visit either.

On AN, just as easy, and my NY's resolution, ignoring almost all threads, except food, health, travel. Along with not replying to the trolls, as know them all by now.

I only spend time with my family and close friends.

I do find many annoying foreigners on the roads, rude, hostile behaviour. Listen for an aggressive horn blast or an idiot yelling from his car or bike, YEP, it's a bloody foreigner, most likely an obsessed thumbs down stalker.

I have and have had an entirely different experience with 'western' females. Cutting my nails, washing my hair when I came home from work, whilst I sat at the kitchen table. Peeling grapes for me....the list goes on.

Personally I think most here are bitter through their own failures and need to have someone to blame.

There is also the pervasive narrative of having to pay a woman to be with you. Of course one can extrapolate as to why that might be.

So of course you are going to find a fair amount of toxic foreigners here. It goes with the territory. If they were nicer, they wouldn't be quite so hateful against their women. It's not as if their mothers and sisters are Thai...

In general men in the West are incredibly desperate and emotionally vulnerable to an extreme degree, and very few men seem to be able to engage in a relationship unless they're sucking up to their gals and checking their cajones at the door. But It is virtually impossible for a 60 year old man in the US, to hook up with a 36 year old woman, unless she is very fat or very ugly, or he is a centi millionaire, or is famous. Period. It just does not happen in this day and age.

This is exactly the kind of thing to which I was referring. It's simply your failure to hook up with a woman 25 years younger without utilising financial inducements. It just happens to be cheaper in Asia.

I've never met a woman in America and I don't have any friends that have met a woman in America that did not hook up without financial inducements. Every woman's interested in financial security no matter where you go, and no matter how much effort you spend trying to deceive yourself into thinking otherwise, it does not change a thing.

And if you do think otherwise meet an attractive woman, invite her out and then ask her to pay for dinner and see how she responds.
