Noem was wrong in saying this. What she was was a radicalised leftie who thought it was a good idea to impeded a federal investigation, not get out of her car when lawfully instructed to do so and drive away into a federal agent.

She did not 'drive away into a federal agent'.

She started to drive away, the ICE agent pulled out his gun, shot her once through the windscreen , he immediately sidestepped the car and shot her twice more through the open window.
