To all the ICE lovers who find their policies, how they treat and abuse people as being ok, it is ok, to this you entitled. However, for the matter now under discussion let's not dwell on the initial few seconds when an ICE agent rightly or wrongly fired on an American citizen likewise whether she was right or wrong doesn't matter - - it's what followed that is really the question for discussion.

To keep firing at her when he wasn't being threatened and wasn't in any danger can only be construed as premeditated murder on his part, and would more than like be proven as such in a court of law, there is already a precedence in law for this action.
