I have its working fine. I left in May to go to my daughters wedding in California. Returned the end of May. I also had a new passport. Went in 90 days after return and did the in person visit along with registering the passport with a new TM the end of August. My message came for a new 90 day report near the end of November , filled it out online, and was accepted in less than 24 hours. So for me its working fine. I have not had any problems for over 3 years, always reports to CW, main immigration Bangkok.

That's what I did yesterday and hope with the new TM30 it will be fixed. Will know only end of March.

Did mine 29th Dec. (due date 8th Jan), approved within 24 hours. If you get the reminder 15+ days before you can reasonably expect the system to work, as long as you submit correct details, mine are just autofilled.

Ok got it. So it's definitely individual problems.

I tried doing the report using chrome and ran in to difficulties (think it was problem with the drop down boxes). I then tried again with Firefox - success.

What sort of message? Having done the previous one in person it's not the email from the online system, so curious as to what other communication method might be out there.

It was from the online 90 days saying the window was open. I did it day 13 before the actual date. 2 days after getting the email from immigration.

I have been using Chrome for several years, never a problem

successfully did mine online last week. Submitted on Jan 5, receipt of submission confirmation received same day. Completed report with new reporting date received Jan 8.

Not working yesterday. Signed in > success > then red banner appeared saying user has not signed in!!

Did it through drive through in CM

Had a succesful one but they only gave my 60 days as my visa need to be extended on March.
Normaly this has nothing to do with visa ending date , but maybe somone new or something new again.
Anyway i will do my drive true next time as online only gives me headaches.

I made my 90d online on 05 01 2026 at 09.00.

I received the message I haf to change myy password as it expired in 26.

The new password has to contains:

  • 1 capital letter

  • 1 figger

  • 1 special sign (@-%-& ....

  • total 8 signs.

  • I did this and 2 houres later I had my confirmation approved

  • I use Google Chrome..

  • Chumphon immigration.

I had the same problem last week and with the office too far away to attend farted around with the system until it suddenly went through. Dont really know what I did to fix it.

I had the same problem last week,

I submitted Thursday Jan 8th and approved Monday Jan 12th. My previous one was done in person as I had travelled out of the country.

I just completed my 90-day online reporting today, 13th January. The site is now requesting you change your password. There's a message saying read the email to change your password. I looked and there's no email. It came about 5 minutes later with a link to change the password, which I did and I've reported without any further problems. There's also a message in the email informing you now need to change your password every 3 months. ☹️

Thers also a message saying site maintenance on January 14th.

OMG, I must use that statement next time someone complains about a website service... "the system hadn't settled down yet"

Did mine 30th December and returned 3rd January which was a Saturday after 2 holidays. I guess someone working from home.

After you log in the first couple of fields such as name and passport # fill in in.

Then hit the magnifying glass icon.

Rest of fields will auto fill from previous report.

Then review and submit

I've been doing my 90 day reports online with no problems for years. Then suddenly this week my latest report was rejected. I've no idea why. The reason given was that the first report after leaving the country had to be made in person, but I haven't left the country for years so that made no sense. I did change my password as requested becaise apparently it had "expired", but still not clear why my report was rejected. So I had no choice but to go and do it in person in Nonthaburi this morning.

An example that something is erratic with this system.

Cheers, thanks a lot for that, I have been doing the online reporting for a few years, so this will save me even more time. 👍

Yes, I came across this when applying for my latest online report this morning. Fortunately the email stating out what I needed to do in order to change the password duly turned up in my in-box without any ado.

We are now being enjoined to change our passwords every 3 months - in effect, every time we submit an online 90-day report! 🤣

I also noticed for the first time that most of the fields in an online submission are now mandatory. Previously only a handful were.
