January 22Jan 22 Hi, Around 4-5 weeks ago I fell off the back of a motorbike taxi (who was going quite fast at the time) and hurt my knee quite badly. Nothing broken (I think) but ligament damage (I assume). Couldn't move for a couple of days then was on crutches for the next 2 weeks. Can walk now, but still limping. It's seems to still be improving a little each day, but the speed of improvement has slowed. I'd like to go get it seen to just to make sure it is healing correcting, and there's nothing that could cause permanent issues if left unchecked. Can anyone recommend someone to look at it in Bangkok? Thanks in advance.M
January 22Jan 22 Bangkok Hospital, Bumrungrad or Vejthani.Latter is specialized in "bones".Also Samitivej Sukhumvit for sports injuries.
January 22Jan 22 I believe there is a Sports Medicine guy at Saint Louis Hospital on Sathorn. Your injury not sports but...
January 22Jan 22 Top knee specialist in Thailand:https://www.bumrungrad.com/en/doctors/panya-wongpatimachaiYou can expect a physical examination and Xrays. Beyond that would depend on the findings, these might be enough.
