They have administrators, people clock in and clock out for their shifts, people have different functions out in the community all with the same purpose of reporting ICE vehicles or suspected ICE vehicles where people will be directed to go to impede ICE, there's a data base of number plates, there's medical supplies, etc. This is professionally organised and massive.
