The Indictment is set forth therein. Its a conspiracy indictment, and Lemon is named in numerous overt acts, of which only one need to be proved.

His defense with be the First Amendment of course. Im sure that we will have the legal pundits weighing in soon.

My opinion is that assuming the truth of the allegations, he has a major problem. He was not reporting, he was participating.

Did you say that when podcast hosts Bannon, Giuliani and Shroyer were arrested? Or is it only a lightbulb moment when podcast host Lemon is arrested?

As usual your opinion means nothing. They couldn't get a real prosecutor to prosecute it and it will last as long as the James and Comey ones did.

From the indictment page 8:

Overt Act # 14: While inside the Church, defendants ARMSTRONG, ALLEN, KELLY, [I UNDY, CREWS, and [land others

led and/or joined with their co-conspirators in various chants, including “ICE Out!,” “Hands Up, Don't Shoot!,” and “Stand Up, Fight Back!” while gesturing in an aggressive and hostile manner, which congregants and the pastor perceived as threats of violence and a potential prelude to a mass shooting.

I guess if Chester Gallagher, Calvin Zastrow, Coleman Boyd, Paul Vaughn and Dennis Green are grannies it looks like they are also trannies?

Six Defendants Convicted of Federal Civil Rights Conspiracy and Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act Offenses for Obstructing Access to Reproductive Health Services in Tennessee

According to evidence presented at trial, Chester Gallagher, Heather Idoni, Calvin Zastrow, Coleman Boyd, Paul Vaughn and Dennis Green engaged in a conspiracy to prevent the clinic employees from providing, and patients from receiving, reproductive health services, a civil right secured by the FACE Act. As part of the conspiracy, Idoni, Zastrow, Boyd and Green traveled to Tennessee from other states to participate in the clinic blockade, and Gallagher and Vaughn stalled the Mount Juliet Police Department through negotiations that Gallagher referred to as a delay tactic. Evidence at trial further proved that the defendants violated the FACE Act by using physical obstruction to interfere with the clinic’s employees and a patient because the clinic was providing, and the patient sought, reproductive health services.

Were they prosecuted for praying?

Can you produce any evidence at all that people were prosecuted merely for praying outside abortion clinics?

Hey look at that. Sounds like what Don Lemon is accused of. Thanks for bringing that up. Allow me to edit:

According to evidence presented at trial, Lemon and others engaged in a conspiracy to prevent the church services , a civil right secured by the FACE Act. As part of the conspiracy, Lemon and others traveled from other states to participate in the church invasion.. Evidence at trial further proved that the defendants violated the FACE Act by using physical obstruction to interfere with the church services.

The Internatrional left can't take the facts , shroyer went to jail just for exercising his free speech on the grounds of capital during a peaceful protest. Chanting 1776 & USA. to save time & money he pled guilty.

Don Lemon was indicted on KKK style interference/participation. , much more serious.

Whatever the similarities may or may not be, Lemon is only accused of it, not convicted. And it doesn't change the fact that you lied about so called Granny's being convicted for praying outside of abortion clinics.

Another straw man? And you're lying again. Where did I claim that Don Lemon is innocent? That's on top of the lie you told about grannies being convicted for praying outside of abortion clinics.

Got it. So did he violate the FACE act or not? Thats the topic which you conveniently avoid.

I don't know. He's only been indicted. Are you claiming he's violated the FACE act? Do you understand what it means to be indicted as opposed to being convicted?

Once again, declaring yourself triumphant. Sad. And now you're lying for a third time. Where did I call Trump a fascist?

As usual, the courts are not impressed with the DOJ and Bondi, who personally oversaw this little revenge theatre despite her enormous workload, which is a result of desperately trying to avoid releasing the Epstein files.

So far, we know that Lemon's charges were rejected by a magistrate, rejected by a chief judge who was a hard-right Republican and refused by career prosecutors in Minnesota AND Los Angeles!

This is another case that's obviously going nowhere, and I just can't wait for Nuremberg 2.0.thumbsup

Normally one is innocent until proven guilty. Literally, he is still innocent.

Where have we seen this before?

DOJ Prosecutors Want Nothing to Do With Don Lemon’s Arrest

After a magistrate judge left Attorney General Pam Bondi furious by rejecting a criminal complaint against journalist Don Lemon on January 18, she tried to get her revenge Friday morning. The Department of Justice arrested Lemon in Los Angeles on charges related to his involvement in an ICE protest at a Minnesotan church.

But only a few hours after the fact, the DOJ’s case is falling apart again. MS NOW reported that various DOJ prosecutors in both Minnesota and Los Angeles have refused to be involved in indicting Lemon.

We saw it again and again as multiple DOJ prosecutors declined to prosecute Trump. Right up until they found one who would.

Actually, what we're seeing now is you posting a falsehood. I did a search and couldn't find anything to back up your claim. So I asked Gemini AI:

"There is no publicly available or verified information in the official record indicating that multiple federal prosecutors turned down the assignment before Jack Smith was appointed."

Internal Continuity: Before Smith, the investigations were already being led by seasoned career officials, such as Thomas Windom (for the January 6th probe) and Jay Bratt (for the documents case). They did not "turn down" the case; rather, the Special Counsel was brought in over them to provide a layer of separation from the Biden administration once Trump became a candidate.

Jack Smith's Recruitment: Smith was reportedly selected specifically for his "aggressiveness" and "independence" while he was working at The Hague. Garland has consistently maintained that Smith was his top choice for the specific criteria needed for a Special Counsel."

When Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg first announced hush money charges against former President Donald Trump in March 2023, commentators were quick to cast doubt on the strength of the case. Among the criticisms leveled against Bragg from both right and left was that the district attorney’s office had simply resurrected a case already considered and abandoned by federal prosecutors in the Southern District of New York (SDNY), who had already investigated Trump and chosen not to bring charges against him under federal campaign finance law for the same scheme.

Will I want to see is for you to explain what the Alvin Bragg case has to do with an investigation headed by two seasoned federal prosecutors and then taken over by Jack Smith. Please share with me the names of the investigators who turned down this investigation.

What hysteria would that be? The kind of hysteria that in the recent past prompted ignoramuses to push for ludicrous prosecutions that resulted in seasoned prosecutors resigning or being fired?

Or the target of the ignoramuses coordinated witch hunt getting elected POTUS in an epic landslide?

Don Lemon's First Amendment rights do not supersede the First Amendment right of the people that were terrorized in the church.

How does reporting the news become a perceived threat of a mass shooting if not in the eyes of a prosecution lawyer looking to make a quick dollar? Simply being in the room with a camera to document a protest is not a crime, and that the government is "pathologizing" a noisy protest into a "terrorist threat" just to target a high-profile critic of the administration.

If you took this indictment literally every White House press briefing will be perceived as threats of violence and a potential prelude to a mass shooting.

The DOJ have lost their marbles, because the marbles are handled by the POTUS himself.

Did you watch the video?

In any event, neither the "protestors", nor the "press" had any right to go into a church and interfere with the

First Amendment rights of the worshippers.

Where was your outrage when the Biden DOJ was arresting and prosecuting journalists?
