Since there are no reports of ICE operating anywhere near this street and the roadblock, no felony was committed.However, as you persistently ignore, ICE only have powers to arrest two types of persons, both on civil warrants and both strictly limited to illegal aliens. They have as much legal right to arrest road blockers, protesters, and tail-light kickers as they have to shoot dead someone who they just disarmed. In fact they had no legal right to disarm anyone who has a legal permit for concealed carry. Especially when that weapon was concealed until they illegally removed it.
