Which bank offers an account, which can be used for immigration financial requirements, where upon my passing it will automatically be made available to one of my sons as beneficiary, who may or may not be under the age of 20 at the time? (not only because it's listed in my will)

A child in Thailand cannot directly receive any money from a will if they are under 20 years of age

There is no trusts here so you should research and consider "controller of property". As we do not trust the inlaws with what we would leave our granddaughter we appointed a nephew who did a good job raising his son
