Typical racism of the Democratic Party.

Trump was a registered democrat 2001-2009, until it became convenient to switch affiliations, which he has done at least five times.

Weathervanes are more stable.

Good on Hess for standing up to toxic, corrupt, corrosive, morally bent power. Trump has made America far less great. He does this daily. Hess is showing courage and that is admirable. Trump is a pig,

  • I agree with Trump. These idiots like Hess and Megan Rapinoe are spoiled brats, a disgrace to the nation. If they don't love their country get off the team and let a patriot take your place. Stay hom

Got some facts to back that up?

Need to decide if you want to be politician or athlete. Im disgusted with the Sports World and Entertainment World wanting to use their venue as a springboard for their personal political views.

Couldn’t agree more. What business does a game show host, for instance, have spouting his political opinions, or even throwing his hat in the ring. He should stick with what he knows (carnival barking and self-promotion) and leave the politicking to those with a better feel for what “public service” really means. Right?

Trump registered as a Republican in Manhattan, New York City, in 1987; since that time, he has changed his party affiliation five times. In 1999, he changed his party affiliation to the Reform Party and the Independence Party of New York (affiliated with the Reform Party) and had even considered running a presidential campaign in 2000 as a Reformist before ultimately withdrawing from the race.[19] In August 2001, Trump changed his party affiliation to Democratic. In September 2009, he changed his party affiliation back to the Republican Party. In December 2011, Trump changed to "no party affiliation" (independent). In April 2012, he again returned to the Republican Party.[20]

In a 2004 interview, Trump told CNN's Wolf Blitzer: "In many cases, I probably identify more as Democrat", explaining: "It just seems that the economy does better under the Democrats than the Republicans. Now, it shouldn't be that way. But if you go back, I mean it just seems that the economy does better under the Democrats...But certainly we had some very good economies under Democrats, as well as Republicans. But we've had some pretty bad disaster under the Republicans."[21] In a July 2015 interview, Trump said that he has a broad range of political positions and that "I identify with some things as a Democrat."[20]

Oh OK. He is a pragmatist. You do know that folks have different reasons for changing party registrations, right, especially rich businessmen who by choice or not need to be involved in Party politics? You do know too, dont you, that until the Obama years, the Democratic Party in many jurisdictions was a big tent party with many reasonable and moderate/conservative politicos? Remember JFK? Scoop Jackson? Tip Oniell? Joe Lieberman? Young Joe Biden? You do understand that NYC politics is a different breed? Mario Cuomo? Ed Koch? Would you call John Lindsey a republican under modern definition?

Its off topic anyway.

The lack of understanding of how politics works in NYC is strong too.

Who silenced anyone? He said something dumb, and Trump disagreed. That's the way political discourse works.

In case you haven't been paying attention Trump has been attempting to silence the media, universities, research centers, and an infinite number of his critics. The man is incredibly weak and he just can't handle criticism of any sort. Hey maybe the biggest snowflake in American history.

When did Hunter Hess say he doesn’t love America?

Trump is always willing to default to his traditional posture of demonization, if you're critical of American policy, you hate America, if you're not a republican you're communist, if you are Democrat you drink the blood of babies in basements of pizza parlors.

This pig is a simpleton, a bully, a juvenile name caller, and everything that comes out of his mouth reflects his lack of intellectual capacity, his thinking only in black and white, and his inability to comprehend nuance and any level of opposition.

And never forget he considers himself the king, not a normal president, so any level of disobedience or opposition is considered a lack of fealty, and therefore you are an enemy of the state.

He disgraces himself daily, he just doesn't have the self-awareness to know it.

I happen to enjoy my life very much, I love living in Thailand, I have a beautiful home, and a lovely woman, and a very good life here.

I'm simply having a lot of fun with Trump, and he's giving me a lot of ammunition to work with. I don't take this stuff seriously, I'm just having a good time. Unfortunately there are a lot of members on this forum who do take themselves seriously and some of my posts seem to cause them pain, but that's on them that's not on me.

Trump is an incredibly ignorant fool, and I just simply point that out.

He will enjoy making 28,000 anti Trump posts.

So this was you engaging in unsubstantiated nonsense?

Reminds me of Bush Jr's quote in the lead up to stupid war in Iraq. There is no gray, it's either black or white, you're either with us or you're against us. Such incredibly simplistic, jingoistic, fake nationalist, non patriot thinking.

Only in America would a leader slag off at one of its sportsmen because he doesn’t like his politics!

So you dodged the question. Thought so. Typical lefty online. All fake no reality. You must think I was born yesterday and believe your bs.

Bush was a liar and a war monger. Only an idiot sportman would say that. Federer and Nadal were too smart. As my old man said you can think something without saying it. Fred Nerk in Phuket can say it but Billy Bobsled should just think it if he has a brain. Many lefties are brainless though.

Yeah, maybe, if the president wasn't such a f****** delusional loser then maybe the athletes wouldn't feel conflicted about representing the US...

I think it bears remembering that Hess was answering a question posed to him by a reporter. He did not go out of his way to stand on a soap box and try to influence anybody to go along with his views. As far as I know, he's not running for any office.

Asked the question, he didn't dodge it, and, instead, answered honestly. I don't see a thing wrong with that, and I admire him for being honest. It also bears remembering that the opposite of 'honest' in the dictionary is 'Trump'. And, of course, the real 'loser', when you're talking about honesty, dignity, conduct, sportsmanship, character, values, morality, fairness, etc., is always also Trump.

They are competing for sponsorship deals and trying to become famous. The yanks have a great sporting history. The current leader means didley. The parents of this dropkick obviously did a poor job or he's been brain washed by friends and has a low IQ.

He did not say "something stupid". He was asked his opinion of the political situation in the US, and he gave an honest answer.

Trump is just a thin-skinned crybaby who demands worship. Too bad for him the Founders gave all of us the right to say whatever we choose.

The real "loser" is Trump, who already has the world's largest platform, but hates that anyone else might take a tiny piece of that platform. That show weakness, which is a quality that defines Trump.

Blah blah blah...total loser....bad ratings....low IQ: Crybaby Trump.

When did Federer slag Trump off?

If this guy doesn't feel comfortable wearing the American flag on his uniform and wants to bash America, I still think that he should be allowed to compete, but I hope he loses.

I have very little patience for these spoiled athletes who want to criticize America and do not appreciate the men and women who gave their lives to allow these spoiled brats to have the freedom to criticize America.

From whose butt did you pull this bit of ass-waste?

They receive funding and training. They get a chance to make millions in sponsorship deals. Only leftist flogs enjoy the Trump bashings. Normal people are sick of leftist flogs spewing hate.

He would have slag Trump if he was his President. Anyone who have done the same to this disgusting piece of foul mouth.

Just now, Eric Loh said:

No he would not. He's too smart for that. The smart actors and sportsmen say nothing. Only the halfwits slag him off. DeNiro is a whore mongering nitwit and this new guy must be just as stupid.

Denzel Washington has expressed skepticism about the U.S. political system, emphasizing that people are "being manipulated by both sides" of the political spectrum. In a November 2024 interview with The Sunday Times while promoting Gladiator II, he stated, “We’re all slaves to information now. We really are. We’re all slaves,” warning that both political parties use modern tools to manipulate the public.

That's what a smart American says and he is black. This white wannabe half pipe even looks like an arrogant flog.
