Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump

Just heard the news about Andrew. Unbelievable! They have him in a cell on his 66th Birthday! Very nasty, very disrespectful. I was just with the King in September for the Second State Visit—an UNPRECEDENTED honor, nobody else has ever done it—and we had a wonderful time. Charles is a great guy, a very elegant gentleman, but he is being surrounded by weak people like "Nobody is Above the Law" Starmer.

I will be phoning the King later today to offer him my full support and the benefit of my great experience with these "Witch Hunts." I told him in September, "Your Majesty, you have to be strong!" If he needs my help dealing with the Deep State or the Fake News Media over there, I am 100% ready to take the call!

The Epstein "Files" are a total Scam and a Hoax designed to distract from the failing UK economy. I’m the only one who never went to the Island, but the failing NY Times won't tell you that! SAVE THE MONARCHY! MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

let's hope the USA follows the same guidelines and start to arrest the ones involved..... wishful thinking I know, DOJ is in Trump's pocket and since he's listed 1,000's times on the files they will close their eyes, pity

  • Popular Post

many people from different countries that are listed on the files have been removed from some official posts, some quit, some are being investigated and so forth, many countries did act and prosecute the people involved, unfortunately there is ONLY ! country that doesn't do anything besides covering up, quite sure you guys know who that is

Andrew can ask to be tried by the House of Lords.

That is the ONLY thing that matters in this World .

Doesn't matter about the charges or who was arrested .

Is a British man guilty or not ?

Doesnt matter ,

What did TRUMP say about it is the only thing of importance .

ALL eyes on the Don

Why would they wake him?

The monarchy has survived wars and countless crises... but this is why it may not survive Andrew's arrest - and why the rift at the heart of the family is about to get so much worse: ROBERT JOBSON

https://archive.ph/v33jt

Representative Ro Khanna has already said publicly that the King ‘has to answer what he knew about Andrew’ and warned the monarchy itself could fall if he doesn’t. That is a sitting US congressman speaking. Not a protester outside a cathedral. A lawmaker.

The US visit risks becoming the most damaging royal walkabout in modern history even though Andrew has now been arrested.

Charles and William understand better than anyone the danger of the swirling water they are now entering. It fills them with dread.

Understandably so. Because never in my lifetime has the monarchy looked so vulnerable.

I'm sure King Charles will be all ears, after he stripped Andrew of all his royal titles for this exact reason.

I think we can all agree we are in truly uncharted territory - Emily Maitlis on LBC saying you have to go back to Charles 1 / Cromwell for anything remotely similar.

With luck, the problems of Prince Andrew will tarnish the rest of that 'waste of space' family and the UK can be rid of them all....

King Charles: Police 'have our full and wholehearted support and co-operation'

King Charles has said “the law must take its course” after expressing his “deepest concern” over the arrest of his younger brother, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

In a statement, the monarch said:

I have learned with the deepest concern the news about Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and suspicion of misconduct in public office. What now follows is the full, fair and proper process by which this issue is investigated in the appropriate manner and by the appropriate authorities. In this, as I have said before, they have our full and wholehearted support and co-operation.

Let me state clearly: the law must take its course.

As this process continues, it would not be right for me to comment further on this matter. Meanwhile, my family and I will continue in our duty and service to you all.

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor arrested live: King Charles says ‘law must take its course’ and police have his full support

I posted this news earlier today.

It came through in my feed as I was traveling into London on a packed train train.

The whole carriage erupted in people commenting and a few colorfully expressing their pleasure at the news.

Kaboom...- that's at least a year wasted in the failing Britain now.

The question of the "Giuffre Settlement" funding is one of the most explosive elements of this case. As of February 19, 2026, the arrest of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor for Misconduct in Public Office fundamentally changes the "rules" regarding that private payout.

Here is how those payments (reportedly totaling £12 million) now come under the legal microscope:

1. The End of the NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

In civil law, a settlement usually comes with a "gag order." However, in a criminal investigation for Misconduct in Public Office, those NDAs hold no weight.

  • The Victims and Prisoners Act 2024: Under new UK laws passed in 2024, NDAs are unenforceable if they prevent a victim or witness from reporting a crime.

  • The "Paper Trail": Detectives from Thames Valley Police are currently searching addresses in Norfolk and Berkshire. They will be looking for bank statements and communications that show exactly where the settlement money came from.

2. Scrutiny Under Oath

If this case proceeds to the Crown Court, the funding of the settlement could be scrutinized in several ways:

  • The "Proceeds of Crime" Angle: If Andrew is charged with corruption, prosecutors can investigate his entire financial history. If any of the money used to pay Giuffre can be linked to his time as a trade envoy (e.g., payments from foreign entities or donors for "favors"), the source of those funds becomes central to the criminal case.

  • Witness Testimony: If the King, the Estate of Prince Philip, or the late Queen’s executors are called as witnesses (which is rare but legally possible in a criminal trial), they could be asked under oath whether public money or "Duchy" funds were used to settle a private sexual assault claim.

3. The Sources of the £12 Million

While the Palace has never confirmed the sources, the "Epstein Files" released this month suggest new lines of inquiry for the police:

  • The Late Queen Elizabeth II: It was widely reported she contributed roughly £2 million from her private Duchy of Lancaster funds.

  • The Estate of Prince Philip: Rumors have long circulated that a portion of his inheritance to Andrew was "fast-tracked" to cover legal costs.

  • The King’s Contribution: If the current King provided funds to "make the problem go away" while Andrew was still technically a public figure, it creates a massive political headache regarding the use of "sovereign" wealth to settle personal legal liabilities.

4. The "Hillsborough Law" Factor

Recent legal updates (often called the Public Office Accountability Bill or "Hillsborough Law") have strengthened the "duty of candour" for public officials. If Andrew is found to have used his position to secure the funds for his settlement—or if he misled officials about the source of that money—he could face additional charges for Misconduct.

Will the King have to testify?

In the UK, the Sovereign has Sovereign Immunity and cannot be compelled to give evidence in his own courts. However, the executors of the late Queen’s estate and the administrators of the Duchy of Lancaster have no such immunity. They could be summoned to provide the "books" to the police.

Did you notice any signs saying that the train train service would soon be public ownership ?

A little odd, wasn't he arrested over mentioning some business deal he had done to Epstein who then went on to make some money out of it somehow.

Classic insider trading by Epstein, but unless old 'airmiles Andy' knew his intent then I doubt it's even illegal to mention your work to some guy you know - unless of course there's a lot more to it, and/or a pattern of this type of behaviour on an ongoing basis.

Which is why they will be interviewing him, in some naive attempt to get him to incriminate himself.

His lawyer will tell him to keep his mouth shut and make no comment.
