Yeah Clinton was indeed very smart but in a very folksy way that didn't put off the regular folks.

Many people think Buttigeig is the smartest leading democrat and I agree he's up there, but aside from the gay political problem, I think he has the kind of smarts that too many average Joes don't like. As far as my own early preference for Pritzker, well I don't have a great track record on such things. Previously I was a big supporter of Amy Klobuchar for president and she didn't go anywhere (and won't run again).
