I'd have to install one, no matter where I lived, even if renting. It would be a rental deal breaker, if I couldn't fit one. My brother (USA), has seen the light, and gone one step further, installed fancy 'Japanese toilets' as he calls them. The type at T21 / Asoke, that warms the seat, with adjustable bells & whistles for the perfect hygienic toilet experience. Thankfully, according to G AI, seems the USA is still one of the few countries living in the stone age.
