Building A Garden Wall

I'm trying to get a feel for the overall cost per metre to build a wall around our land/house in Phuket. (So we are talking Phuket prices here )

We want a typical stone wall. That is, a breeze-block inner with stone-clad finish. The wall will be 1.8 metres high. I've got a quote per metre (including materials and labour), but does anyone have an idea of what sort of price I should be paying?
