I'm starting to plan a visit to LOS in late Feb - early Mar of '05. I know this is a bit far in advance, but would there be any interest in a meeting of VIP members somewhere in the Bangkok - Pattaya area during that time?

Haven't tied down my itinerary yet, so I'm not sure when I'll be in the BKK area. Just checking to see if there's is any interest in a meeting/party. If there is enough interest, I'll post the dates when I'll be in the area later on this thread. (Not that I expect anyone to plan their life around my visit, but I would enjoy meeting as many of you as I can while I'm there. )

I have just checked my schedule mandl, I am in and out of here (Az) until end December, January I will be in Sweden for two months, then I will have a month off during March. Lets keep in touch (like we have choice between here and the pit ) as I am keen to meet up with you.

I've just checked my diary m*ndl and it appears that I'm free for the next four years at least (unless the liver gives out). Sisaket sounds good to me for one venue but I am also up for anywhere else within driving distance (600 km is about all I can handle at my age).

All that "virgin's pee" in your beer have you time travelling now ? Back to the Future flashbacks ? Is the De Lorean still running properly ?

June 20th doesn't work for me (in 2004 or 2008. 2009 is a possiblity though). I'm not home until early August, so "the management" may have to change their schedule.

(Not sure if I would attend a ViP meeting though. I normally only attend the VVViP get togethers, and ocassionally slum at some of the VViP gatherings. Being seen at an ordinary ViP meeting might tarnish the reputation somewhat).

Not taking the piss KD (you've got guns and stuff) but how can you have a Back to the Future flashback, a flashback is an instant recollection of a past moment and not a future one, but I suppose that if you had been to the future, you could get flashbacks of events that hadn't happened yet, but you would have skipped that and wouldn't have experienced it in the first place, so you wouldn't really know if it was a flashback or just a delusion, and when you returned and got it again would it be called a flashforward.

Time travel may be invented one day, but it will never take off .... it just does your head in.

As we have just been informed, there is the 10 years anniversary of the Frang Connection in Surin on September 6 (not the first!!)

Good chance that I'll be there.

......actually we were discussing such a VIP meeting last night at the Surin party...with a bit of planning ahead, who would like to join? Location would be best in Bangkok.
