Superb Valeting/detailing Service To Recommend

I just want to share a very positive and satisfactory customer service experience.

The day to day rigors of family has taken its toll on the interior of our 12 month old White 4x4.

The exterior too has suffered due to work and the lack of attention and build up of grime over the wet season.

Therefore I wanted to spruce it up again for the Winter/Summer.

Having a rather critical eye for detail when it comes to automotive paintwork and detailing (due to a previous profession). I have always been sceptical on the whole of valeting/detailing services in Thailand due to repeat disapointments experienced over the years.

Anyhow, my wife said we should try ‘Kleensquare’ who have 4 stations at various levels within Fashion Island Mall car park.

We went to Station #3 located at the Executive Parking/Fashion Island Member (or whatever it’s called) level.

I was keen to establish exactly what we would get for our money and I kept insisting on getting them to explain blow by blow what they would do? (all in Thai via a 3 way conversation involving myself, my wife and the sales girl)

Unfortunately all liturature was also in Thai, so this added a few more intense questions directed at the poor sales girl.

In the end my wife suggested we sign up for a member card for THB6,000. This would give us the full exterior machine buffing and polish and interior leather seat cleaning and rejuvination. Also included were a heap of additonal semi valets, a bunch of wash and polishes and 50% discount on any of the services.

100 quid I thought was not bad for a thorough inside and out workover (if they did a professional job) as it was more than that 12 years ago in the UK.

We were told to come back in 5 hours and I started my mantra chant to prepare myself for the expected medioca result.

When we returned I was absolutley astounded by the professional job they had done. I could not find fault with the interior or exterior finish at all.

I was so impressed that I will even write to the GM of Kleensquare telling him of my satisfaction.

If you are looking for a serious spruce up for your vehicle (obviously the paint work and interior must be in sound condition, but just grubby) then I would recommend these guys without hesitation.
